Hotel O Golden Palace Noida's Finest

"We booked 2nd floor of this hotel/event house for 3 nights and below are my real feedbacks, and its not me there was one more person booked on 1st floor had same experience. 1. This is from owner of Bhagwati banquet so they don't have any staff at the venue, they will bring temporarily someone from banquet to do cleaning stuff, that to be pathetically. We stayed for 4 days my washroom was not cleaned, we had to go to another rooms washroom. 2. They will do washroom cleaning once only throughout your stay that to be after lot of arguments/fighting with them. 3. Someone rightly mentioned owner is completely/purely money minded, he don't care about his staff even will squeeze them to get the money from people like us. 4. They don’t have permanent staff to take care of you, in 4 days i saw 3 manager, 3 chefs and many daily wagers. 5. After their pathetic service we thought of stopping some payment but then they pushed their staff to pay from their pockets and even threatened to stop meal/lunch of our guest if payments not made. 6. Owner never turned up asking what can we do and blah, blah he cared about money and get lost. 7. Quality of kitchen you can see in images. 8. My haldi was scheduled to start at 11 am they starting cleaning and moping at 12 saying sir will be done. I will not recommend this location at all. Wanted to give it a negative rating"

"This place is a banquet place rooms are big but bathroom are dirty taps are rusty And why it's necessary to pay prior. The staff is so impatient and doesn't have any kind of amenities. Don't book any kind of hotel from Oyo it's totally a scam 1. The price will not be the same and the hotel guy will not entertain you The hotel person will always give you bigger amount. 2. Oyo hotel owners are only money centric and they always think to get twice benefits in single day like day charge for different need and night stay other. They do two bookings in a single day 3. No one is going to answer you if you have booked online prepaid they'll take to much efforts to return your money. And it's a kind of business they all are same. 4. They will kill your valuable time so first check the room physically then negotiate"
